ikonic (also known as ikonic303) is a window film company based in Thornton, Colorado. This policy covers our website, ikonic303.com, our estimate request forms, and the calls, texts, and emails we send you.

Information you give us when you request an estimate, call, text, or email us:

  • Name, email address, and phone number
  • Property address (street, city, state, and ZIP code)
  • Project details, such as the service you need, property type, number of windows, your goals, and a description
  • Photos or files you upload
  • Your preferred appointment date and how you heard about us
  • Anything you share with us in calls, texts, or emails

Information collected automatically when you visit our site or use our forms:

  • IP address, browser type, device type, and time zone
  • Pages you view and actions you take, such as starting or submitting a form
  • Form entries saved in your browser, so you can pick up where you left off
  • Cookies and similar tools, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel

When you pay an invoice, your payment is handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

We use your information to answer your request, do the work, and run our business. That includes:

  • Responding to estimate requests and scheduling your on-site visit
  • Calling, texting, or emailing you about your estimate, appointment, and project
  • Preparing quotes and invoices, completing the job, and supporting you afterward
  • Sending occasional updates or offers, only if you agree to receive them
  • Improving our website and services, and measuring how our ads perform
  • Preventing fraud and spam, and meeting our legal obligations

4. Text messages (SMS)

We only text you if you give us permission, such as by checking the consent box on our estimate form. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

  • What we send: messages about your estimate request, scheduling, appointment reminders, and your project. Some messages may be automated.
  • How often: message frequency varies.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply.
  • Stop anytime: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We never share or sell your mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only when needed to serve you:

  • Service providers that work for us, such as our customer management, scheduling, texting, and email software, our payment processor, our website and advertising tools, and the installers who work on your project. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Legal and safety reasons, when the law requires it or to protect our rights, our customers, or others.
  • Business changes, if ikonic is sold or merged, as part of that transaction.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Cookies and tracking

Our website and forms use cookies and similar tools so they work properly, remember what you typed, and help us measure our ads.

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which tells us when someone views or submits one of our forms. Meta handles that data under its own privacy policy. The address search on our forms is powered by Google Maps.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and change your ad preferences in your Facebook account. Some form features may not work without cookies.

7. How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep your information only as long as we need it to serve you, keep business records, and meet legal and tax requirements. After that, we delete it or remove what identifies you.

We protect your information with reasonable safeguards, such as limited access and trusted software providers. No website, app, or storage system is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices

You control how we contact you and what we keep:

  • Texts: reply STOP to any message to opt out.
  • Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
  • See, fix, or delete your information: email info@ikonic303.com. We'll respond within 45 days. We may keep some records if the law requires it.
  • Cookies: block or clear them in your browser settings.

9. Children's privacy

Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date.
