Here is a rule worth knowing before you call anyone. The film manufacturer voids its warranty when a filmed window sits in uneven exterior shade. A big Applewood cottonwood or fruit tree that shades the top half of a window and leaves the bottom half in full sun heats the pane unevenly. That stress is what cracks glass.
